Returnal Guide - All Xenoglyph Cipher Locations in Crimson Wastes (Biome 2) | 4K60, PlayStation 5

Описание к видео Returnal Guide - All Xenoglyph Cipher Locations in Crimson Wastes (Biome 2) | 4K60, PlayStation 5

READ THE DESCRIPTION, BEFORE YOU ASK A QUESTION!

This is the Returnal guide for Xenoglyph Cipher locations in Crimson Wastes, aka biome 2. There are issues here sadly since 2 ciphers have glitch problems. The first glitch is not really an issue, since it doesn't show up on the count, but the game is counting it, so you will unlock the trophy with 19/20. BUT the second one is dangerous. First - that cipher is in one of the rarest rooms in this game. Second - if the game doesn't count that cipher - you are done. No more trophy and the only thing is to delete save and start from the beginning. YES, I freaking know. So, if you find that room, backup your saved file to the cloud before taking it (that means BEFORE you start hunting itm because save game backup closes the game). If it doesn't show cipher count, delete the save file and search for that room again. Annoying, but easier than doing everything again. There is a small chance you unlock the trophy with 18/20, but it mostly won't work.
DESERT - this means the first outside area before you enter the mountain.
LEVEL 1 - the floors inside the mountain, before the first teleport higher up the mountain
LEVEL 2 - the outside area that comes after the first teleport from inside the mountain
LEVEL 3 - the boss level
Everything is recorded (4K60 of course), so please do enjoy, I hope.

Info and explanation

Room Types and Probability
* I created my own way to identify rooms. I use four types - GUARANTEED, COMMON, RARE, and ULTRA RARE. I also use something as MAIN and SIDE as markers for white squared rooms (objective) and blue triangle rooms (exploration).
GUARANTEED - With this I mean rooms, that are always in the mix. There is no combination in which that room is not included. For example boss rooms, item rooms, etc.
COMMON - As the name says, these are the ones we see a lot, but not all the time. There are different probabilities for these - 1/3, 1/5, 1/7, and 1/10. What those mean is one out of three runs, in which you should meet that room. If the number is 1/20, then you might need around 20 runs to see that room. Of course, it is approximated by my own notes.
RARE - 1/12, 1/15, and 1/20. These you might see if you die a lot and explore, but most likely miss if not really exploring.
ULTRA RARE - 1/25, 1/30, 1/35 - these are the rooms you might have not even seen once even after getting Platinum in this game or have been doing hundreds of hours into the game.

Upgrades needed for some of these
Melee attack - you get it at the end of the first world when you reach the end of MAIN rooms. You need this to break some walls.
Grappling hook - you get it from beating a 2nd boss IXION.
Underwater suit - you get this from the 5th biome Fractured Wastes in the room, where there should be a boss.
Extreme environment suit - this is an optional upgrade from Fractured Wastes. Just use key in the main room and open the chest.
White orb upgrade - the last upgrade in Abyssal Scar, which you need to finish the game.
