Indian Easement Act, 1882\IMPOSITION of EASEMENT\Section 8,9,10,11,12\By Lawve it! (ENGLISH)

Hey, So in this video about Imposition of Easement I talk about the basic concept of imposition of easement, and who may impose or grant an easement (Section 8 of the Indian Easements act, 1882). After understanding that concept we move on to section 9, 10 and 11 of the act that talks about limitations of a servient owner, Lessor and mortgagor, and lessee respectively in imposing an easement. After that we move on to section 12 of the act which talks about who can acquire an easement and the curious case of limitation to acquire an easement by the lessee.
I have tried to make the video as engaging as possible with slick editing and music and stuff which you don't generally find in an educational video, because I have always believed, education should be imparted in a fun way and just because I am teaching something I don't need to make it boring.
