This year, I’ve been intentional about integrating my faith more openly, both personally and professionally. It’s a significant part of my life, and I feel deeply called to share it—not only to inspire others but to honor how much it has shaped my journey.

Much of my passion for speaking about letting go of the work/life balance myth this year comes from my own experience and what I’ve witnessed in the lives of my clients. When we practice life integration, rather than striving for the unattainable “balance,” we create space for what truly matters. For me, this includes my faith, and it’s been transformative to fully embrace it as part of my daily life.

In the spirit of the Advent and Christmas season, I think it’s the perfect time to share this.
