Who’s ready for the crispiest, cheesiest, most delicious tacos EVER? 🙋‍♀️ These baked sheet pan tacos are the ultimate weeknight dinner hack – minimal effort, maximum flavour, and ready in no time. Perfect for feeding the family or a crowd (and way easier than standing at the stove flipping tortillas one by one 😉).

What you need:
12 small tortillas
500g beef mince
1 pkt taco seasoning
250g grated cheese
300g jar salsa

What you do:
1. Divide your beef mince into 12 portions. lay your tortillas on a board and spread one portion of mince over half of each tortilla.
2. Sprinkle half the taco seasoning over the mince, then top with a good pinch of cheese.
3. Fold the tortillas in half and press gently so they stick. place them on a baking tray and lightly spray with oil. bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
4. Flip the tacos, sprinkle over the remaining seasoning, add a spoonful of salsa on top, and finish with the rest of the cheese. bake another 10 minutes until golden and melty.
5. Serve as they are, or pile on shredded lettuce, sour cream, and guac for the full fiesta! 🎉

These are crunchy, cheesy, and completely addictive – trust me, you’ll be making them on repeat!
