MicroTech's Moons have NPC activity?..

So after a half dozen bunker runs it's apparent from my perspective that the exterior NPC spawns of bunker missions seems to be limited to the planet side of MicroTech.
Now I would love to know if there are additional locations. Please post in the comments so we can all explore them if this is not correct for bunkers.
My guess is as good as yours but it would seem this is a sign of things to come and is most welcome. The only thing I would change is how they spawn. From my observations they just simply drop into a general location and not from one of the many spaces outside with doors.
On a side note I took a few HRT missions at distribution sites to see if there were any additional changes in NPC activity and saw none other than the spaces the missions take place inside the centers.
Looks like something cool is happening so lets hope for more of what is going on over at MicroTech and as always have an adventure.
