Allan Shaw has served as CFO, Special Advisor and Board Member most recently associated with Portage Biotech and CalciMedica. Throughout his career he has held multiple CFO and consulting roles raising over $4 billion in public and private financings. Mr. Shaw contributes his decades of business experience to several boards where he provides guidance on corporate finance, capital markets, strategic transactions, corporate governance and risk management. He is a CPA in the state of New York and earned his B.S. Degree from the State University of New York at Oswego College.
