Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open Serves as Backdrop for Important Community Outreach Effort at Healthcare Partners of Nevada Clinic
WHAT: Continuing its dedication to the Las Vegas community, Shriners Hospitals for Children® teams up with the local Zelzah Shrine Center to provide an Outreach Clinic for local underserved children. This event will enable patients to receive treatment from renowned Shriners Hospitals for Children® physicians that specialize in orthopaedics and plastic surgery without having to travel to the nearest hospitals in Salt Lake City, Utah, Sacramento, CA or Los Angeles, CA.
The success of these Outreach Clinics over the last 55 years has been made possible through the devotion of Las Vegas Shriners from the Zelzah Shriners Center on West Mesquite Avenue. Since 2009, Healthcare Partners of Nevada which has over 40 medical clinics in southern Nevada, has donated their Galleria Drive clinic in Henderson for the Shriners Quarterly Outreach Program. Healthcare Partners of Nevada employees also volunteer and the medical group donates X-ray services for Shriners patients. Healthcare Partners of Nevada is also supporting Shriners Hospitals for Children by sponsoring Senior Day at the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open on Thursday, September 29th. Seniors, 55 years of age and older, are invited to pick up complimentary Tournament tickets at any of the Healthcare Partners of Nevada clinics.
The Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open is the PGA TOUR Fall Series event, which is designed to raise awareness and donations to support the life-changing pediatric care provided by the 22 Shriners Hospitals for Children in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
