"When I was pregnant I reached out to Gold Coast Doulas to learn more about the BECOMING Course because it was exactly what I was looking for. Something to give me the tools I needed as a first time mom. Some of the the tools in the first part of the course were really helpful to save yourself the time of Google-ing everything! All of the fears I had in the beginning of my pregnancy were pushed away because I learned about all the different resources that I could use and the support systems that I had. Being able to ask my questions and talk to other moms who have gone through it was really beneficial.

I was still working full-time and being able to take the course on my own schedule was really nice. I could do it before work or after work, late at night, whenever! It's definitely doable!

With Gold Coast Doulas I found that not only was I able to hire a doula to help during the birthing process, but I learned about all the options I had for the fourth trimester such as sleep consultants, lactation consultants, and postpartum doulas to come help out with anything I needed after I had my baby.

I would say definitely do it; it's 100% worth the investment. It's different than other courses because you have a real community with you going through the same process. When I researched other classes it was just a video you were sent and you didn't have that community to work through. So the community aspect of The BECOMING Course was huge for me."
