The image that the angels gave me for these times of energetic change was the image of birds molting. Molting can be a dangerous period because flying might not be possible and there is more vulnerability. The message is to take care of yourself during a time of change but know that even if you feel vulnerable during this time, you will be stronger for this process and more equipped for your environment. You might even feel more colorful and vibrant because of this time of change once it is completed. Also, know that your soul has both a universal, far-reaching perspective it can hold during times of difficulty. Find ways to bring more love here. That is the message from the other side of what is needed in the physical world. Love is the only energy light enough to transform difficult situations and difficult emotions. The young woman I am referencing is Gabby Petito.
