Practice this Qigong will help you to maintain a good health and heal a lot of Diseases. You can practice this qigong by standing barefoot on yoga mat, begin with just in 5 Minutes and next day, you can slowly increase the time a little bit longer.

You can apply this Routine in the Morning or in the Afternoon Exercise Time.
