DIY - How to make a Harry Potter Cornish Pixie night light jar

An easy tutorial for making your very own Harry Potter inspired Cornish Pixie night light jar.
You will need -
A jar with a lid
Coloured paper or card
White tissue paper
PVA glue
A paint brush
Scissors or a craft knife
Battery powered candle
Ruler
