More About Alex ♻️

Alex, MBA ‘25, is the Founder & Chair of the Venture Climate Alliance, a group of leading VCs committed to achieving a rapid, global transition to net-zero or negative greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 or sooner.

She founded the VCA during her role as a Principal at Prelude Ventures, a climate tech venture fund deploying approx. $2B across early-stage startups with the greatest potential to mitigate climate change. Prior to Prelude, Alex was an investor and founding employee at Powerhouse Ventures, a seed fund backing clean energy and electric mobility startups.

Alex is a 2020 Forbes 30 Under 30 in Energy and a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. She graduated from Boston University with a BA in Economics and a minor in Sustainable Energy and is pursuing an MBA at MIT Sloan.
