How to knit C8F and C8B cables stitches
C8F (Cable 8 Front) - Put 4 sts on your cable needle and hold in front of your work, knit next 4 sts and then knit 4 sts from your cable needle.
C8B (Cable 8 Back) - Put 4 sts on your cable needle and hold in back of your work, knit next 4 sts and then knit 4 sts from your cable needle.
