VIDEO DESCRIPTION:
For today's video we have some Long Island Railroad trains at Flushing Main Street Station in the Flushing neighborhood of Queens, NY. This station is served by the Port Washington branch. The Port Washington branch is a heavy rail route operated by Long Island Railroad that runs between New York Penn Station and/or Grand Central Madison to Port Washington and is the only Branch in the entire system that does not serve Jamaica station. The Port Washington branch diverges from the Main Line just east of Woodside. A connection to the NYC subway 7 train can be made here at Flushing Main Street by walking up one block on Main Street.
