Chicken Fillets - 500 grams
Salt - APT
Italian Mixed Herbs - ½ tbsp
White Pepper Powder - ¼ tsp
Red Chili Flakes - ½ tbsp

Bell Pepper/ Capsicum - 2 to 3
Maida – All-Purpose Flour - 2 tbsp.
Milk - ½ cup
Mixed Cheese - ½ cup
Boiled Sweet Corn - 1cup
Salt - APT
White Pepper Powder - APT
Mixed Italian Herbs - 1 tbsp
Red Chili Flakes - 1 tsp
Butter - 1 tbsp.
Cream - 1/3 cup

Ingredients for Mixed Herbs Rice

Cooked Rice - 2 cups
Mixed Italian Herbs - 1 tbsp
Dry Mint Leaves - 1 tsp
Fresh Coriander Leaves - 1 cup
Salt - APT
White Pepper Powder - APT
Butter - 1 tbsp.

Ingredients for Sautéed Veggies

Mixed Bell Peppers – Sliced - 1 cups
Broccoli Flowerets - ½  cup
Carrots – Sliced - ½  cup
Garlic – Finely Chopped - 1 tbsp.
Salt - APT
Red Chili Flakes - 1tsp
Sugar - 1tsp
Mixed Italian Herbs - 1 tsp
White Pepper Powder - APT
Juice of Lime - 1 Lime

Ingredients for Soy Sauce Gravy

Onion – finely chopped - ½ medium
Cabbage – finely chopped - ½ cup
Green Chili - 2 to 3
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp each
Salt - APT
White Pepper Powder - ¼ tsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
Schezwan Sauce - 1 tbsp
Italian Mix Herbs - 1 tsp

Corn Starch - 1 tbsp
