Posterior Chain Workout 🔥
1️⃣Heels Elevated Quad Squat 3x20
💡 Pro Tip: Go light on the weight because this will kill you when doing high rep! Try not to pause at the top and continue up and down.
2️⃣ Elevated Reverse Lunge 3x12 each leg
💡Pro Tip: Your front knee should go over your front toe. Try and get your back knee as close to the ground as possible.
3️⃣ Good Mornings 3x12
💡Pro Tip: Squeeze you upper back and set a good arch in you lower back. Make sure to keep a bend in your legs.
4️⃣ Conventional Deadlift 3x12
💡You’ll need to use Olympic sized plates for the correct depth. Remember to reset before each lift and pull your scapula back so your back is tight and strong 💪🏼
Any leg day workouts that I program are fat burning workouts because they are mostly compound movements, so leg day kills me every time! If you want to lose fat, quit doing isolated muscle exercises (like bicep curls) and start squatting and deadlifting!
Testing out new and yup, squat proof 😎 This is a great workout when you don’t have much space and the gym is chockers! I feel like I use a lot of Aussie lingo and people get confused 🤷🏼‍♀️ grub, loo, flip flops, sunnies, summer in December... anyway, the workout!
