GET OUT OF THE CITIES TO THESE LOCATIONS IN CA. Strategic Relocation.

Hello everyone, today we will be examining the areas in California that offer great opportunities for either relocating or investing in real estate. I am using an excellent resource by author Joel Skousen entitled Strategic Relocation, who has done extensive research in finding areas to relocate here in the US and abroad. Some of the criteria found in his research, which factor in threats found in highly populated areas such as high crime, health threats, social unrest, economic problems, high pollution areas.
For the purposes of this video, I am taking into consideration all this amazing research and adding some other important factors to narrow down our search.
Therefore, the criteria I am using to establish these relocation or investment opportunities are based on factors such as: housing affordability (we know how unaffordable real estate is in the cities), climate, geography, food production potential and proximity to health care and services.
