Power BI Performance optimization made easy by Mara Pereira

Session abstract:
Performance is always a hot topic in the Power BI realm. Unfortunately, sometimes it might not be so easy to troubleshoot the reason behind why your refresh is taking so long. During this session, Mara will share some simple technics that will allow you to boost your performance without having to spend hours trying to figure out what is the bottleneck for your slow refresh. Come and learn how you can reduce the time of your refresh from 4h to 30min (yes, it is possible!).

Speaker Bio:
Mara Pereira is a Data Analytics professional with a background in Mechanical Engineering and Data Science. She's been working with Power BI since 2015 and already worked with clients such as BP, Barclays, Costa Coffee and many others, helping them taking the most out of their data by designing and developing reporting solutions using the Power Platform. She is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate in BI Reporting since 2019. She loves everything data-related and wants to share her passion and knowledge with the Power BI community.
