It has been more than a couple of years since GST was launched on 1st July 2017 but the organizations are yet to get settled down and adopt it with full clarity. Since the time GST was rolled out, there have been numerous amendments and also there is a fair amount of lack of clarity in the interpretation of some of the provision of the Act; the provision related Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) on Goods Transport Agency (GTA) is one of such subjects on which taxpayers have queries all the time even now. So in this video, I discussed everything about RCM on GTA under GST. This video is very helpful for CMA students.
