Wrongful termination from Amazon FC (SCA2):
I was wrongfully terminated from Amazon FC (SCA2) on November 25, 2024 for retaliation, even though I've been wrongfully discriminated & retaliated by this crazy lady with her dog! And also, our manager and onsite HR was promoting favoritism which was absolutely an petty, disrespectful, and this was insult to hardworking associates including myself! By the time my shift was over for 8 hours, I exited out of the building and this lady with her dog was definitely retaliating at Amazon SCA2 by calling a police to threaten the security guard and folks at Amazon associates which is considered illegal to threaten Amazon company. But instead, our general manager and HR decided to bend the rules to allow that lady to bring her dog inside the warehouse which made absolutely no sense. Normally, the company doesn't allow pets, unless accommodated. However, HR clearly lied to me. He claims that she was blind but she doesn't appear to look blind at all. Secondly, her dog didn't have leash attached to its collar nor she's not wearing her glasses nor safety shoes which clearly shows a sign of hypocrisy & favoritism! She was bossing me around which I couldn't do packing due to the fact that I was having technical problem and I felt totally discriminated by her which really pissed me off! I've never seen a new associate mistreats other associates in rude manner. Even though the company claims that they care about DEI as well as EOP, it's clearly a lie! I've been stuck at Auto SAL for 3 months straight without rotation while everybody else receives cross-training which clearly proves that I've been wrongfully discriminated, retaliated, and they've also promoted favoritism instead of safety whatsoever!
