This sunset cycling group is changing life for mothers on remote Elcho Island, off the coast of Arnhem Land

The fitness group was formed in October last year to give parents a break from the pressures of juggling family and work. The women go for an evening ride around town, while their kids follow in the school bus and cheer them on. #AusDay2022
