We went to a place where lots of Taiwaness called a Food Desert City. But, it will totally change your view after touring with us! First, we went to Cheng-Huang Temple. There are lots of street food such as fried yam balls, grilled dry squid, fried taro balls, Rice Hamburger-Maltose mixed coriander, vegetable rolls. Next, when it comes to Xin-Zhu, you can't miss rice noodles. The process of rice noodles are really healing. After watching it, you'll know how hard to make rice noodles. Also, Xin-Zhu is well known for Rice Noodles & Meat Balls in Taiwan! There are still eggs surprises in the end. The vegetable pancake with eggs are so neat that you can't stop watching them.
