How to replace Hope Pro 4 front wheel bearings for the home mechanic.
The bearings you will need are 6804 - 2RS
Hope Pro 4 hubs can be found on both Mountain bikes and Road bikes.
Today I changed the bearings that were fitted to my Hope 20 five wheels.
It is literally a 5 minute job and one that can be done by the DIY bike enthusiast with some basic workshop tools.
This is my winter bike and the bearings do not last for ever. This bike does get some abuse !
and given the fact that all the bike shop mechanics are currently inundated with repairs at the moment due to Brexit and the cycling boom following the lockdown of 2020, I hope (no pun intended) that this video gets you out on the road riding again.
