One of the best 45er Boulder Sessions I had so far! Almost all my training projects went down, although it felt like a high gravity day in the beginning. It's good to feel a bit of progress again. Also I tried out a little hangboard gadget that I constructed, destroyed and fixed recently, with the purpose of training finger strength and lock off power at the same time. Let's see how it works!
