The academy is in the bag and now it is time to get back into some real world training. Deputy Recruits will learn lots of skills and laws in the academy, but it is the Field Training Program that shows them how to use these newly gained skills and knowledge on patrol.

This program will teach you how to write tickets, write reports, use our specific programs and equipment, as well as give you lessons on how to stay safe. It takes several months, but at the end of field training you will be an independent deputy on patrol.
