Taro Filling:

Sugar: 3/4-1 cup (150-200g)
Salt: 1/2 tsp.
Water: 2-2.25 cup (~500mL)

Rice Cake Batter:
Rice Flour: 1 bag (1 lb./450g)
Sugar: 1 cup (200g)
Oil: 2 tbsp.
Salt: 1/2 tsp.
Coconut Milk: 1 can (13-14 oz. + hot water to make 750 mL)
Food Color: 8-10 drops (purple)

Yeast Mixture:
Active Dry Yeast: 1 tbsp.
Sugar: 1/2 tsp.
Very Warm Water: 4 tbsp.
