Howdy, folks! One of my top ten all-time hot dog vendor questions is whether to boil, steam, or grill dogs on the hot dog cart. In today’s video, I talk a bit about the pros and cons of each method, including a way to use all three to serve up a hot, fresh, sexy-looking hot dog that will please your customers! And don’t forget about opportunities to add more flavor and value to your hot dog business – use your boiling water to add more flavor (“dirty water” hot dog means it’s been cooked in flavorful water that you can customize with your own seasonings!), or create a special topping.
