Session 59 and 60 of my 30-day BJJ challenge. There were plenty of times that I could have quit, taken a day, tried to recovery for various amount of reasons but again, there is a difference between hurt and injured. At the end of the day, you wake up grab your bag and walk in the door regardless of how you are going to perform, what your emotional temperature is, or sore you are. This is how we move the needle, the little task of consistency day in and day out. I'm looking forward to putting together the final video.

I have so much to say but I’ll sum it up to this. “A man's reach should exceed his grasp.” How else do we grow, become better, become antifragile, and the most important part set the example for the younger generation?

Now we recover and the start 180 in 90.... 😂 just kidding. Back to the mats!

About Nick Koumalatsos:
