Stansted Airport Track Transit System Controls Upgrade

Firstco were engaged to replace key components of the the Stansted Airport Track Transit System (TTS) that were considered obsolete, namely the central control system and the control room operator interface.

The TTS is an automated transport system that carries passengers between the main terminal building and two remote Satellite buildings.

Partnering with Siemens, using their WinCC OA software, Firstco designed a bespoke and unique system, which has changed the way Stansted Airport operate.
