To unlock this mission, Adam must first talk sense into Otar Botkoveli during the "Calibrator" side mission (   • Deus Ex Mankind Divided Side Missions - Th...  ) and make a deal with him. Then in the Utulek complex, Otar will call Adam to ask for a favor - or better: demand one. He wants Adam to get rid of Louis Gallois. You can choose to kill Louis if you want, but you can also confess to him the reason you are there, and advise him to hide; then call Otar and tell him that you got rid of his problem. Otar will never learn the truth, he will be satisfied, and when you return to Prague, he will call you to ask for another favor, which is actually the "All In The Family" side mission. Adam has to neutralize a rebellious young man who has run away from home and hide him somewhere safe. This of course requires a lot more effort and skill than it seems.
