“Constructive but nothing new…” Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov on talks with US State Secy Blinken

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on March 10 opened up on talks with US State Secretary Antony Blinken. It was the first meeting between the US and Russia since the Ukraine war broke out. Lavrov termed the talks constructive but said that he heard nothing new from the US side. He also revealed that discussions on nuclear arms issues, Ukraine conflict were held during 10 min talks. Further, Lavrov informed that he gave his detailed assessment about the New START treaty and why Russia suspended it
