How to Connect Sales Channels in SyncingAbout

In this video, I show you how to create a new sales channel connection inside Syncing About.

SyncingAbout currently supports six major sales channels including WooCommerce, Shopee, Shopify, TikTok, Lazada, and Amazon. In this walkthrough, we focus on setting up a WooCommerce connection step by step.

You will learn how to open the WooCommerce connection page, add a new connection, and enter the required details such as store name, store URL, API key, and API secret. These credentials are generated directly from your WooCommerce store.

I also explain how to select your location, choose your currency, set the connection status, and enable auto import if needed. Once completed, you will see a confirmation notification showing that your store is successfully connected and ready to sync.

This process allows you to centralise your sales channels, automate syncing, and manage your business from one platform without manual work.
