Hello, I am Rob Matiyow with Lennox Hearth Products. Please join me as we walk through this informational video highlighting our Hearths products.

Gas fireplaces: open control compartment cover, located on either bottom of fireplace or right side of fireplace. The serial number is located on the label.

Linear fireplaces: there is a rating plate located at the bottom of the fireplace. Pull the plate out, locate serial number.

Grand view wood burning stove: the serial number is on the back of the stove.

Pellet stoves: open the hopper lid, serial number is on label under the lid.

Epic gas stove: open door on left, serial number is located on the side of the door

Vision gas stove: open compartment cover, remove plate, serial number is on plate.

Vintage gas stove: lift off stove top, pull out rating plate, locate serial number on rating plate.
