Munchies® Snack Mix is one of my absolute favourite snacks - and I've always been a big fan of combining sweet with savoury and mixing interesting textures in dishes.

I thought it would be a good idea to use Munchies as a mix-in to chocolate chip cookies -- so glad that it worked and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

This recipe was inspired by Momofuku® Milk Bar Compost Cookies.

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated white sugar
2/3 cups brown sugar, packed
2 tbsps. corn syrup

1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
1 90-gram pack of Munchies Snack Mix
