Note: For the engine oil, most Full Synthetic 10W-40 four stroke oils will do fine, but make sure it is: "API service SG type or higher, JASO standard MA" - this is from the manual.

Howdy! Here's a quick video showing the general maintenance to be conducted at the 2-year mark on the Yamaha Kodiak 450. The only things I'm not doing are replacing the brake fluid and checking the valves for clearance. In this video I cover changing the air filter, engine oil and filter, both front and rear diff fluid, coolant and spark plug.
