Everybody Needs Somebody To Love: Chicagoland Blues Brothers live at Glossop Heritage Weekend 2024

On Friday 31 May - Sunday 2 June, Glossop and District Round Table put on the Glossop Heritage Weekend, a free event in the town for residents and visitors to celebrate in the history and culture of Glossop.
It was fun-filled from start to finish, compere Adam Corbally was on fantastic form, and we were blessed with perfect weather for a great crowd all weekend.
Saturday night, a crowded Norfolk Square was headlined by Emma Peyton & Chicagoland Blues Brothers:   / chicagolandbluesbrothers  
Thanks to Glossop and District Round Table for inviting us along to film the event, and thanks to Lomas Marquees for lending us a spacious, luxurious and very orange space for the weekend.
A lot of hard work was put in by the volunteer marshals, selling programmes, litter picking and keeping everyone safe.
Having been unsuccessful in 30+ grant applications, with only the Ashby Fund making small but very welcome donation, it fell to the Round Table beer tent and the following local business sponsors to help make it possible:
