Goa has launched the 'AI Mission - 2027' under CM Dr. Pramod Sawant, inspired by PM Modi's 'Bharat AI Mission.' The initiative focuses on enhancing computing power with GPUs, creating AI datasets (AIKosh), drafting an AI policy, and promoting AI education and labs. It supports startups, infrastructure, and skill-building. A Konkani language model will also be developed, aiming to make Goa a major player in the national AI ecosystem.
