Snooker is enjoying a surge in popularity in Ireland once again. Ken Doherty was the last Irish world champion in 1997, but a snooker club in Newbridge has produced a player that could follow in his footsteps. 19 year old Josh Boileau is considered one of the hottest young talents in Europe. RTE Sport's Darren Frehill paid him a visit in Kildare. This report was broadcast on the RTE 6.1 News on the 28th of January 2015. It was filmed on the Sony Z5 and edited on Final Cut Pro X.
