Our educational video of a Marriage and Family Therapist trainee exhibits how many trainees and interns may feel in individual supervision with a supervisor who can either be helpful or a hinderance to their professional training and development. Additionally, the trainee's feelings of confusion and gratefulness can only be seen as polar opposites when a video such as this one portrays what a "good" supervisor versus a "bad" supervisor really looks like.
