Join me for a stunning circular walk in the heart of the Lake District, starting from Elterwater. This challenging yet incredibly rewarding loop takes us up to the beautiful fell tops, across Silver How with its panoramic views of Grasmere, Rydal Water, Elterwater, Chapel Stile and Windermere, and finally to the serene Stickle Tarn nestled beneath the majestic Langdale Pikes.

Despite a predicted heatwave, I set out early to beat the sun, showcasing the incredible diverse landscapes from U-shaped glaciated valleys to V-shaped side ghylls. Experience the solitude of the fells, encounter friendly sheep, and witness daring wild swimmers at Stickle Tarn. We'll descend via Stickle Ghyll to Stickle Barn, where I'll give my famous(??) non-alcoholic beer review! The journey concludes with a flat, refreshing walk back along the Great Langdale Valley to Elterwater. Discover hidden gems and breathtaking vistas on this unforgettable Lakeland adventure, perfect for those who love hiking and exploring nature.
