If your mask is 2 layer and has a filter pocket, this product will help you convert it to a 3 layer by using this soft non-woven Polypropylene fabric (also called interfacing / interface).

Polypropylene Filter Fabric has been LAB TESTED - results provided up to 84% filtration for a single layer of this product (also called interfacing / interface). It is reusable and washable.

LAB TESTED RESULTS: PFE* is up to 84% @ 0.1 micron for a single layer of this fabric. Keep in mind that when you use it with your existing cloth, it will increase the rating per additional fabric layer. This is a non-medical solution that provides a high level efficiency of protection to the community.
* PFE (sub-micron Particulate Filtration Efficiency) represents the percentage of submicron particulates filtered at 0.1 microns (the virus is measured to be this size). PFE is the measure of the efficiency of
the mask in filtering particles passing through it. The size of the particles filtered is critical.
Spunbonded Polypropylene: Has a fabric like feel that is soft yet structured; It is washable & will NOT divert supply of medical-grade polypropylene from medical professionals.
Non-Woven: Have a random arrangement of fibers, like spaghetti on a plate. This randomness enables high particle filtration while remaining highly breathable.
Thermal Bonding Texture: The filter has a pattern/texture that is done with a heated roller. The randomly oriented fibers are compressed and melted together in a pattern of small, closely spaced welds, called point bonds.

Hydrophobic: Spunbond material is Water Repelling for maximum protection against fluids. Filter will not absorb moisture but rather repel it causing optimal moisture resistance by breath or other factors.

It does NOT mold or deteriorate in the presence of bacteria, mold or other elements.
Size: 5" x 6.5" (12.7cm x 16.5cm); some people might be able to get two filters out of one sheet depending on the size of your mask. Can be cut to fit perfectly inside a two-layer mask with a filter pocket
