This video shows how to install ios mobile application (.ipa), which is not on app store == onto iphone using iTunes via usb cable connection.

1. Kindly check iTunes version. It works on the latest v12.12
2. I assume that you already have enabled screen time = content & privacy = iTunes & App Store = Installing Apps = Allow
3. Make sure the app is not already installed on your iPhone, in this case, you will not see 'paste' option in iTunes
4. Your developer needs to add "udid of your iPhone" in their app configuration. Best to check with the developer if they have added udid of your iPhone. Unless it is added in app configuration, you may not be able to install the app
