3D printed Paper folding machine / How a Paper folding machine works / How buckle folding works

In this video I build a 3D printed paper folding machine. With this machine A5 sheets can be folded. The folding rollers were made from standard PVC tubes. These were covered with a driving wheel tube to prevent the paper from slipping through. The separating rollers were removed from an old printer. The machine is controlled with an Arduino and AF Motorshield V1.

It is a nice project to show how to make folded paper. Probably every day you have folded paper in your hand. Nobody thinks about how it is made. The machine is very simple to build even for younger people.
