* Red & Green Capsicum / Bell Pepper (Simla Mirch).
* Schezwan Sauce (made in house).
* Ajinomoto (Chinese Salt / MSG).
* Black Pepper Powder (Kari Mari).
* Sugar (Karn)
* Salt (Nimak)
* Tomato Ketchup for mild (or Chilli sauce for hot)
* Fried Finger Fries

CHILLI PANEER RECIPE INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
* Paneer coated in dry Corn Flour and fried.
* Vegetable Oil (Tel).
* Sliced Green Chillies
* Finely Chopped Garlic (Lasan).
* White Onion.
* Red, Green & Yellow Capsicum
* Celery
* Spring Onion
* Ajinomoto
* Black Pepper Powder.
* Sugar
* Salt
* Soya Sauce
All quickly Wok stir Indo-Chinese style fried on a high heat.

VEG HAKKA NOODLES RECIPE INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
* Vegetable Oil.
* White Onion
* Red, Green & Yellow Capsicum
* Celery
* Matchsticks of Cabbage (Pata Gobi)
* Spring Onion
* Ajinomoto
* Black Pepper Powder.
* Sugar
* Salt
* Chilli Sauce
* Pre-cooked Noodles.
* White Pepper Powder.
* Soya Sauce
* Garnished with Spring Onion.

VEG MANCHURIAN WITH GRAVY RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
* Fried Manchurian balls
* Vegetable Oil.
* Chopped Red Onion
* White Onion
* Red, Green & Yellow Capsicum
* Garlic and Ginger Paste (Adoo, Lasan).
* Water
* Manchurian Sauce (made with Garlic, Ginger, Chillies, Celery and Manchurian Masala Powder
* Soya Sauce
* Cornflour (mixed with Water)
* Topped with Spring Onion

The foods you see cooked in this video are popular street foods found in the Indian Sub-continent they are very popular menu items at many roadside stalls as well as restaurants in India.

The " Wok Stir Fry Master here makes it all look very easy, but it takes many years of practice and skill to get to this level of cooking.
