Sanjida Beethika was inspired by her father Syed Ahmedullah to take up music at an early age. She enrolled in Chhayanaut in 2004 and trained in Nazrul Sangeet under Khairul Anam Shakil, and took lessons with Asit De in classical music. She completed her course in Nazrul Sangeet with top honours and enlisted at Chayyanut as a teacher. She is a regular performer on television and radio. Beethika is a teacher by profession and is a member of the BCS Education Cadre.
