I am using 5 kg & 12,5 kg dumbbells and I swear that's SUPER TOUGH. Please choose a weight that feels good for you. Weights help us to increase the intensity of a workout, build rounder muscles and make us stronger!

• For best results, squeeze your butt during the whole workout - that makes a really BIG difference
