4Runner Front Differential Seal Replacement

As the title says, I', going to be replacing my front differential seal on my 4x4 4th gen 4Runner. It started leaking on me because of age and due to me not being careful when I replaced my CV axle.
As you saw, I did rip part of the new seal, but I did put some Toyota FIPG on it and it hasn't leaked at all. It was probably because I didn't rip too much of it, but you guys need to be careful when installing a new one.
