Brendan's attorney, Brian Bieber, tells us ... "Brendan accepted the prosecutor’s offer to permit his entry into the diversion program which, after completion, the case against him will be dismissed in its entirety."

King Combs, rapper and son of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, has dropped a diss track defending his father while hitting out at 50 Cent.
Diddy is currently facing a series of ongoing investigations regarding alleged se* trafficking, se*ual as*ault and ha*assment.
The rapper’s homes in Miami and Los Angeles were raided in March, seemingly in connection with the accusations.
The new track from King Combs – real name Christian Combs – comes after he too was accused of se*ually assaulting a woman in a lawsuit that also names his father, which their lawyer described as “another lewd and meritless claim”.
