The exercises:
Lying Leg Raise - aim to do 3 sets of 15 reps, with full range of motion
Pike Pulses - aim for 3 sets of 10 reps
Jefferson Curl - 3 sets of 5 with a 15-second hold, gradually increasing weight week by week.
Hanging Knee Tucks - 3 Sets of 10 reps, full range of motion
Hanging Leg Raises (90 degrees) - 3 sets of 10, straight legs
