How to fix P0365 Code: Camshaft Position Sensor “B” Circuit Bank 1
The camshaft position sensor measures the rotational position and speed of the camshaft. The computer (ECM/PCM) uses this information to control the ignition spark and the fuel injector timing.
The P0365 Code is set when the computer (ECM/PCM) detects an inconsistent signal from the Camshaft Position Sensor on Bank-1 (Sensor-B).
Code P0365 is often caused by a bad cam sensor, problems with the circuitry, and issues with timing components like the timing chain.
If the camshaft position sensor is replaced, some vehicles need a Cam Sensor Relearn procedure.
When possible, it is best to replace the sensor with an OEM original.

Possible Causes of a P0365 Code:
Bad Camshaft Position (Bank-1, Sensor-B)
Wiring (Open Short)
Blown Fuse
Timing Components (Belt, Chain, or Tensioner)
